Update: PhD

I made a quick research yesterday on the change in the bylaw at the EMU, my current university. It turns out that the change that has been made in regard to PhD rules will be in power starting with the new academic year in September 2009. In other words: pursuing two PhD’s simultaneously can be only a reality after that date. Probably it will also require an approval from the Registrar’s Office and relevant faculty. I hoped that I’d be able to apply for the second PhD  already in February 2009.
